Sports Facilities

Gazi University is famous for its Faculty of Physical Education as well as the people graduated from this faculty such as Naim Süleymanoğlu, Nurcan Taylan. Our university has adequate venue and equipment for sports facilities. For example, there are five full-equipped sport saloons, an indoor & outdoor swimming pool, football field, etc.in which Turkish professional sportsmen are trained. Also, these facilities are available for everybody.
Our students continue their studies in one of the sport branches such as volleyball, basketball, step, gymnastic, cross, athletics, dumbbell, judo, handball, wrestling, skiing, table tennis, beach volleyball, beach handball and swimming. They also represent our university in the sport competitions organised by Presidency Directorate of Youth and Sports and they generally win many medals.
